Type A - Early run

Tool Revision

	The first production release, no Revision letter yet
	6500-050 1 & 6500-050 2
	Tools 1 & 2 only existed at this point
	Only Tool 1 has the extended supports in front on the sides of the 1

Body Paint

	All were Aqua or Red over Chrome
	Highly reflective Vacuum Metalized Chrome

Half Hatch

	Passenger Side Hatch on top half of body
	No hatch on side of body

Chassis Mount Slot

	High Mount, half in the upper raised surface, half in the recessed area
	Later tooling for this has it dropped lower

Body & Tab

All Bodies were molded Gray resin

Glass Attachment

	Glass attached to body with melted alignment post
	Later assembly stopped melting the post

Body was sprayed some with some type of green layer
This then received the chrome layer
Lastly, the paint layer was applied

Type B - Main run

	Unknown what the casting change was

	Tools 1 & 2 move to Revision B
	Tools 3 & 4 created

Body Paint

	Painted over an off white interior
	A few early were still gray molded

Half Hatch

	Tools 1 & 2 : No hatch on side of body
	Tools 3 & 4 : Rest of hatch on side of body added

Chassis Mount Slot

	Tools 1 & 2 : High Mount
	Tools 3 & 4 : Dropped the mounting slot lower

Body

	Body now out of off white resin
	a very few early molded grays have been seen

Glass Attachment

	Glass not attached to body, only positioned by the alignment hole
	Stopped melting the post

One paint layer on the body
